## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责电力储能政策分析、解读跟进及对内输出；
- 负责电力储能行业关系搭建，参与国际工作组及政策游说；

### 参加和组织筹办国际论坛、会议，支撑业务拓展 岗位要求
- 学历专业：能源政策/能源法/能源经济，国际关系/国际政策类/新闻专业，新能源和绿色低碳相关，海外学历、文科优先 知识技能：
- 精通英语（书面及口语），能解读复杂海外政策法规；中文写作能力强，能撰写研究报告及汇报材料。熟练掌握其他语言（如西班牙语、阿拉伯语）优先
- 对新能源、储能、电力市场有基本了解，具备跨学科（技术与政策）研究能力，逻辑和学习能力强
- 具备良好的项目管理能力、沟通协调能力，熟练使用PPT、Word、Excel等工具

### 具备跨文化协作能力，主动倾听并整合多元观点，支持团队决策 工作经验
- 2-3年以上工作经验，有电力新能源相关的国际组织、智库研究院、外企咨询、行业研究、法律或媒体工作经验优先，海外工作经历优先 其他：希望长期从事政策研究和国际事务工作，可接受国际组织外派，有强烈的责任心、自驱力强、团队合作意识强。
