## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责车载高速通信芯片（SerDes / Ethernet PHY等）数字前端/中端/后端设计实现；
- 参与系统架构定义，完成关键模块RTL设计（PCS、编解码、均衡控制、CDR数字环路、FEC等）；
- 搭建UVM验证环境，完成功能/性能/故障注入验证，支持数模混合仿真；
- 制定DFT方案，支持ATE测试与良率分析；
- 确保数字部分满足AEC-Q100、ISO 26262等车规要求。 任职要求 1.硕士及以上，微电子/电子工程相关专业； 2.5年+数字芯片设计/验证经验，有车规芯片或高速接口芯片经验； 3.精通Verilog/SystemVerilog，熟悉UVM； 4.熟悉车载高速通信协议（MIPI A-PHY/CSI-2、ASA、车载Ethernet等）； 5.有SerDes数字开发经验、功能安全（ISO 26262）落地经验者优先。
