## Job description

### 一、岗位职责
- 制定并实施公司年度培训计划，建立通用力、专业力、管理力等培训体系；
- 识别业务部门能力短板及需求，根据部门需求开展培训专项，与业务部门建立亲密关系；
- 推动公司内部讲师团队/导师团队的建设，打造高质量师资团队；
- 设计关键群体专项培养方案（管理者/工程师/校招生/班组长），加速核心人才能力提升；
- 设计培训效果评估体系，运用数据分析工具监测培训投入产出比，持续优化培训方案。

### 二、岗位要求

1、本科及以上学历，拥有丰富的培训行业资源，有大型制造业企业工作背景优先、心理学专业优先； 2、8年及以上企业培训工作经验，具备多个关键培训项目统筹经验和专项操盘经验（如人才盘点）； 3、具备授课能力，熟练应用多种培训技术，如行动学习、引导技术，学习路径构建，体验式教学技术等； 4、有较强的自驱力，逻辑能力，抗压能力，沟通表达能力及良好的职场素养； 5、抗压性强，沟通协调能力强，热情、有亲和力。
