## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责退役风机叶片拆解、切割、破碎、热解/化学/机械回收等工艺开发与中试验证；
- 研究玻纤、树脂、夹芯材料的分离及再利用路径；开展回收纤维性能评价、工艺稳定性分析与经济性评估；
- 输出风电叶片回收工艺规范、测试报告及商业化放大建议。

### 岗位要求
- 硕士及以上；复合材料、高分子材料、材料科学与工程、机械工程、环境工程等相关专业；
- 熟悉玻纤复合材料、热固性树脂、风机叶片结构、热解/溶剂法/机械粉碎等回收路线；
- 掌握纤维长度、强度、界面性能、树脂残留、填料化利用等测试与评价方法；具备中试验证和工艺优化能力； 3、3年以上复合材料回收、风电叶片回收、玻纤/碳纤维再生利用或固废资源化经验；有风电、复材制造或中试项目经验优先；
