## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 能够独立操作龙门吊CNC加工设备，熟练完成各类工件的装夹，对刀，扫平等全流程作业，确保到岗后可直接上手开展加工工作，保证加工进度及生产效率；
- 严格按照生产工艺图纸、技术参数及质量标准进行工件加工，精准把控工件尺寸精度、表面光洁度等质量指标，保证加工产品符合工艺要求；
- 负责设备日常巡检、维护保养及清洁工作，定期检查设备运行状态、刀具磨损等情况，维持设备稳定运行；
- 精通各类工件加工异常问题处理，快速解决加工过程中出现的尺寸偏差、刀具崩损、工件变形、加工振纹等各类技术问题，降低异常对生产的影响；
- 严格遵守车间安全生产操作规程，规范操作设备，杜绝安全隐患，保障自身及他人生产安全。

### 岗位要求
- 中专及以上学历，机械加工、数控技术等相关专业优先，拥有3年及以上龙门吊CNC设备独立操作经验，具备扎实的CNC加工实操功底；
- 熟练掌握龙门吊CNC加工设备操作原理，精通各类数控系统操作，能独立完成复杂工件的调试，加工及异常处理；
- 通机械加工工艺，能熟练识读工程图纸、公差配合等技术文件，精准把控加工精度；
- 无不良从业记录，遵守公司各项规章制度，具备良好的团队协作意识与安全意识，服从车间工作安排。
