## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 集团横展和CTS项目现场措施导入推进；
- 收集过程质量问题、异常追溯围堵；
- 识别产线制程潜在的质量风险，输出风险清单，推动改善及预防，及时采取预防性防呆措施；
- 监控过程SPC数据，查找异常原因并提出解决对策；
- 参与拉线建设、设备Qualify拉线放行评审。

### 岗位要求

1、大专及以上学历（有毕业证），化学类、机械类、材料类专业，有锂电相关工作经验优先考虑； 2、3年以上过程质量相关工作经验，大型制造业或锂电新能源行业工作经验优先考虑； 3、接受过QC七大手法
