## Job description

【岗位职责】
- 建立并持续优化公司的人力资源管理体系，支撑公司战略落地；
- 承接公司经营指标，制定人力资源任务目标，统筹与协调资源，推动组织绩效达成；
- 统筹人力资源全模块运营，包括但不限于组织管理、招聘调配、薪酬绩效、人才发展、学习发展等，保障各项工作与业务需求精准匹配与高效运营；
- 主导建立人力资源数据分析体系，定期输出分析报告，为管理层决策提供支持；
- 创造和维护积极的工作环境，通过有效的沟通和反馈机制，提升员工满意度；
- 负责人力资源团队的搭建、培养，搭建人才梯队，提升团队的专业力、领导力。 【岗位要求】
- 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、管理学等相关专业优先；
- 具备5年及以上大型制造行业，人力资源经理同岗位管理经验；
- 具备出色的业务洞察、人际交往、沟通协调、逻辑思维、创新思维和持续学习能力；
