## Job description

### 主要职责

负责储能场景 AI 智能体开发与迭代，围绕电池健康管理、智能调度、运维工单自动化、安全告警联动场景搭建智能决策流程； 基于储能监控、运营平台工况数据、资产运维数据，设计 AI 智能体交互逻辑、自动执行、异常判断机制； 配合算法团队完成预测模型、诊断模型的业务落地，实现储能场站智能调度、故障预判、自动告警处置能力； 针对国内、海外储能差异化场景，适配本地化 AI 智能体策略，支撑 26-27 年海内外试点项目落地； 输出智能体需求文档、功能方案、测试用例，持续跟进上线效果，迭代优化智能体自动化能力。"

### 职位要求

熟悉储能场站运营、设备监控、工单运维业务逻辑，掌握大模型 / 智能体开发应用能力，具备业务需求拆解、场景化功能设计、功能迭代落地能力，能够配合算法、开发团队完成 AI 功能闭环落地。

### 学历

本科及以上； 专业：人工智能、大数据、自动化、计算机、电力系统相关专业； 加分项：大模型应用开发、智能体工程化、AI 应用相关证书优先。

### 工作年限

1-3 年 行业经验：能源、电力、储能行业 AI 应用、智能体、大模型落地开发经验； 项目经验：参与过行业 AI 智能体、自动化决策、智能运维项目落地经验优先
