## Job description

### 一、岗位职责
- 负责模组/PACK 制程数据分析与决策支持系统开发，围绕生产过程、质量指标、设备/工艺参数等数据，开展系统功能建设、数据分析、效果验证和持续优化迭代；
- 负责模组/PACK 相关数据算法开发，构建工艺数据挖掘、质量预测、异常识别、趋势监控、参数分析等算法模型，支撑工艺优化、质量改善和效率提升；
- 负责数智化业务架构搭建、方案设计和标准制定，包括数据接入规范、分析流程规范、算法应用标准、系统功能模块设计等，推动工艺数据能力体系化建设；
- 负责将 AI、模型算法、AI 编程/Agent 工具等前沿技术与模组/PACK 业务场景结合，开展方案架构设计、原型验证、产品规划和落地实施。

### 二、岗位要求
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机、统计学、应用数学、软件工程、自动化等相关专业；
- 熟练掌握 Python/C#、JAVA，具备数据处理、脚本开发、自动化分析能力；熟悉 SQL，能够进行数据查询、清洗、统计分析和结果输出；熟悉 Pandas、NumPy、Scikit-learn、Matplotlib 等常用数据分析/建模工具优先；
- 具备算法建模或工业数据分析经验，熟悉分类、聚类、回归、异常检测、关联分析、趋势分析等常见算法场景；
- 对AI前沿工具有一定了解，熟悉多个AI工具，并在校期间有成果输出，对AI有积极愿意探索和应用。
