## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责储能、微网控制器等产品的硬件方案设计、原理图绘制、器件选型及PCB Layout工作；
- 负责基于MCU/DSP/FPGA等进行嵌入式硬件开发，设计RS485,CAN,I2C,SPI,UART等电路;
- 负责硬件电路的调试、测试、软硬件联调，输出BOM清单及设计文档；
- 负责产品硬件相关EMC、安规等认证测试、问题解决及整改工作；
- 负责现场复杂故障的分析和疑难问题的解决。

### 产品质量指标持续迭代改进； 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，电子信息、电气工程、电力电子、自动化、通信工程等相关专业
- 具备电力自动化行业背景，熟悉储能协调控制器、微网控制器、二次自动化及控保产品的应用场景及硬件架构；
- 熟练掌握数字电路和模拟电路的设计；
- 熟悉ARM Cortex-M/R/A系列、RISC-V、TI C2000/DSP、Xilinx Zynq/MPSoC等处理器原理图设计；
- 熟悉百兆网, RS485, CAN, I2C, SPI, UAR等接口设计；
- 熟练掌握常用硬件设计工具（如Altium Designer（AD）、Cadence）进行原理图设计、具备多层高密度PCB设计经验； 6 了解EMC等相关实验，熟练解决EMC问题。具备8年以上嵌入式硬件开发经验。
