## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 开展金属零碳制备方向前沿技术（惰性电极、非贵金属电解电极等）调研与分析，跟踪技术发展趋势；
- 负责惰性电极/非贵金属电解电极材料制备、表征及性能测试，开展配方优化、结构设计与工艺研发；

### 结合金属零碳制备工艺需求，负责研发技术与生产工艺的衔接； 岗位要求
- 硕士及以上学历，材料、化学、冶金等理工科相关专业；
- 具有电解电极相关知识基础，包括非贵金属电极材料筛选、制备工艺、电化学性能测试原理等；
- 具有良好的沟通协调和问题解决能力，逻辑清晰，思维活跃； 4、2年以上惰性电极、电解电极研发相关工作经验； 5、具备专利撰写与布局能力； 6、具备良好的英文文献阅读能力，基本的英语口语交流能力。
