## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责储能PCS产品规划，根据行业及项目发展情况，系统设计规划，进行产品容量、拓扑、平台化、模块化、多机型等规划。
- 负责产品设计开发指导，根据国内外相关标准，储能系统技术需求，进行储能PCS需求分解，进行产品方案设计，满足产品功能性能可靠性要求。
- 根据产品指标优化需求、平台化模块化需求，形成产品迭代优化规划。
- 参与产品方案设计、电气回路、结构设计等设计过程，与详细设计团队进行技术对接，推动产品可靠性提升和成本降低。

### 参与样机开发、调试、型式试验等，解决设计开发过程中的问题 岗位要求
- 1、电气相关专业背景，3年以上大功率变流产品设计开发经验，新能源类PCS开发经验优先。 2、掌握大功率变流产品设计、主回路、二次回路、控制逻辑等设计能力；3. 熟练掌握产品开发、办公软件和项目管理软件，如Eplan、Microsoft Project、AtuoCAD等； 4.具有良好的沟通能力和表达能力，严谨的逻辑思维能力
