## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责航空BMS算法（SOX及均衡算法）需求分析，策略制定
- 负责BMS电芯机理分析，数据建模分析并进行算法模型优化开发

### 负责BMS算法应用软件代码开发及单元测试，符合航空DO-178C标准 职位要求
- 1.熟悉电芯机理及其模型，扩展卡尔曼滤波，机器学习，深度学习等相关算法 2.熟悉BMS软件开发流程与规范，熟练基于MATLAB/Simulink的建模与代码生成或C/C++语言编程 3.3年以上BMS算法开发相关工作经验， 4.

有BMS领域算法创新，算法实现，实施验证和落地的完整经验
