## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责Cell-QC人员的管理、协调、支持生产动作；
- 负责检验员的技能培训、提升、考核及效果评估；
- 负责Cell-QC内部日常事务的协调处理，检查和监督；
- 负责Cell产品的成品检验与下仓检验，质量问题反馈及跟进处理；
- 监督检验记录与数据，监督QC基础检验数据真实性、准确性、有效性；
- 定期对检验数据统计分析，输出日报，并推动持续改善。

### 岗位要求
- 大专及以上学历优先，理工科专业优先；
- 具备2年及以上Cell品质管理工作经验，熟悉Cell成品检验及返工检查工作流程；
- 了解Cell产品结构、性能，熟悉Cell制造工艺及相关质量控制点；
- 有较强的抗压能力，有较好的沟通协调能力，执行力强；
- 熟练使用办公软件、BI、OPEN CODE等，有良好的数据综合分析能力。
