## Job description

### 一、岗位职责

负责光谱质谱检测能力搭建、验证及应用落地； 负责电池辅料结构分析及其作用机制研究； 负责电池体系的表征方法开发及应用。

### 二、任职要求

硕士及以上学历，化学、高分子等相关专业背景； 通过大学英语六级考试，具备流利的英语听说读写能力及专业沟通能力； 掌握GPC/Py-GCMS等表征技术，具有高分子材料/有机分子解谱经验者优先； 至少精通一种以上表征技术，具备优化现有方法或开发新方法的能力； 逻辑清晰、思维敏捷、自我驱动力强； 具备良好的沟通能力与快速学习适应能力； 具备数据严谨分析能力及技术创新意识。
