## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 新型电芯结构与设计方案开发；
- 电芯体系整合评估与性能失效分析；
- 电芯测试方法开发及电芯数据库搭建；
- 电芯仿真设计及预测模型建立。

### 岗位要求
- 硕士及以上，电化学、材料学、材料力学等相关专业；
- 熟悉锂离子电池材料以及应用特性和相应的表征、分析和测试方法优先；
- 具备良好的团队协调及跨部门协作精神，自驱力强，抗压且执行力强。
