## Job description

### Job Description
- Conduct technical training to service agents or OEMs in order to improve technical and products competency.
- Develop and optimize training materials according to business needs and product upgrading.
- Business meeting with company clients, identifying customer training needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conclude the field technical experience and transform them into technical documents, like SOP, faulty case.

### Job Requirement
- Basic knowledge of power battery and familiar with electrical principle;
- Be able to use common tools and diagnosis tooling, like multi-meter, insulation tester, oscilloscope, and so on;
- Minimum 3 years working technical experience in automotive(electric mobility), energy industry or high voltage battery maintenance field;
- Proficient in English, prioritize if handle other languages, like Spanish, French, Portuguese;
- Be integrity and a good team player, with excellent learning ability and self-motivated.
