## Job description

### 工作职责
- 按生产要求安全生产操作，做好设备数据参数管控，确保生产设备正常运行；
- 维护生产现场，负责设备日常点检/巡检，做好生产设备及工作区域的 5S 工作；
- 了解设备的危险源，对紧急、异常情况及时报告，杜绝安全事故的发生；
- 协助班长、组长做好新员工的技术培训及现场安全指导；
- 完成上级交办的其他事项。

### 任职要求
- 专科及以上学历优先，有学习能力和意愿，能完成新员工入职培训和考试、上岗证培训和考试以及其他工作相关的培训和考试；
- 具有一定的抗压能力、沟通能力、团队协作精神；
- 有工厂工作经验优先，适应站立式作业、两班制和及无尘车间环境；
- 有较强的适应能力、较高的服从性，遵守公司各项规章制度；
- 具备一定的问题分析能力。
