## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 聚焦直接空气捕集（DAC）核心技术研发，围绕吸附材料合成与改性、吸附-脱附工艺优化、低能耗捕集技术等前沿方向，开展实验设计、技术验证与迭代优化；
- 完成DAC前沿技术研发相关实验方案制定、实施与数据分析；
- 追踪DAC国际前沿技术动态、实验方法与工程实践，梳理技术迭代方向和发展趋势；

### 参与相关专利申报，配合开展产学研合作相关的技术对接、实验协作工作； 岗位要求
- 硕士及以上学历，化工、环境、能源动力、材料、地质等理工科相关专业；
- 掌握DAC核心技术原理，了解行业前沿技术发展趋势
- 具备较强的实验与数据分析能力，独立完成实验设计、操作与数据拟合分析，熟练使用实验相关设备及数据处理软件；
- 具有良好的沟通协调和问题解决能力，逻辑清晰，思维活跃；
- 具备专利撰写与布局能力；

### 工作经验
- 2年以上碳捕集相关技术研发工作经验，具备示范项目经验者优先；
- 具备良好的英文文献阅读能力，基本的英语口语交流能力。
