## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 开发Si体系极片反弹、产气、寿命衰减的系统解决方案；
- 开发钠电化学、老化过程产气的系统解决方案，包含工艺窗口匹配性验证与产气机理研究等；
- 开发石墨体系快充，长寿命解决方案； 4、baking/注液/浸润/化成/容量/测K等工艺开发，提高制造的效率与可靠性； 5、开发适配新材料体系的制造解决方案，如凝聚态，钠电，Si，新电解液体系等。

### 岗位要求
- 材料化学、电化学、物理化学、新能源材料、有机化学等相关专业，211、985的硕士/博士学历优先；
- 具有多年钠离子电池、锂离子电池、电沉积等电化学相关的研发经验；
- 精通电化学界面调控技术、SEI/CEI膜形成机制及电解液添加剂开发等研究方向；
- 熟悉原位/非原位表征技术（如SEM、XPS、TEM、EIS、K值分析等）及数据解析；
- 具备独立开展机理研究和创新能力，能通过实验设计与理论建模结合解决复杂问题；
- 英文文献阅读能力良好，发表过多篇论文，理论知识和科研能力比较扎实。
