## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 熟悉制造业务流程，识别成本异常波动，开展成本控制，搭建成本分析模型，BY项目开展成本分析。
- 监控制造业务数据，识别现有业务流程漏洞及薄弱环节，给出解决方案，督促相应改善措施闭环。
- 参与/主导专项课题分析，为管理层决策提供依据，确保成本优化项目有效落地。
- 完成日常成本核算、分析及改进任务，及时、准确提交月结数据。
- 推动账实一致改善与业务数据治理，复核数据反馈异常，保证财务数据准确。
- 完成上级交办的其他专项任务。

### 岗位要求
- 本科及以上，会计/财务管理/工商管理/数学类专业优先；
- 熟练运用SAP软件，精通Excel、PPT等办公软件，会使用Finbi，PowerQuery，Python等工具优先。
- 中级及以上会计职称优先，有CPA/CMA/ACCA/CTA考试通过或部分通过者优先。
- 有大型制造业财务BP/预算管理/财务分析/成本核算与控制等类似岗位工作经验优先。
- 普通话标准，表达清晰；具备大学英语四级（CET-4）或同等水平证书。
