## Job description

### 一、岗位职责描述
- 负责磷酸盐极材料嵌锂机理研究，建立电化学性能与材料物性之间的构效关系；
- 负责磷酸盐材料和电芯的失效机制研究，结合实验与理论分析，建立电芯性能衰减的失效机理模型，提供优化方案；
- 负责磷酸盐材料设计和合成工艺路线开发，提升磷酸盐材料核心竞争力；满足产品迭代性能需求和产品应用扩展；
- 负责磷酸盐体系电芯化学体系整合，探索电芯性能的方案的最优解；
- 跟踪前沿技术，对新型磷酸盐进行系统预研；及时为产品开发和优化提供技术支持。

### 二、岗位要求
- 材料、化学、电化学、新能源材料相关专业；熟悉材料的结构、工艺、电化学性能及常用材料表征方法；
- 具备较强的系统性逻辑思维能力，能够快速分析问题并提出解决方案；
- 学习能力强，能够快速掌握新知识、新技术；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够与多部门协同工作；能基于项目需求快速拆解阶段目标并推动团队协作完成目标；
- CET-6，英语流利，听说读写良好，能流利地沟通交流。
