## Job description

### 一，岗位职责描述

作为全球领先锂电企业电化学研发核心团队，聚焦电化学基础研究+工程实践能力构建，推动材料-极片-电芯白箱化智能设计，依托AI4S与高通量实验实现电池寿命与电化学性能精准预测。
- 承担电化学基础理论研究与机理创新，覆盖正负极材料、电解液、固体电解质及界面反应等方向，揭示并理解科学机理；
- 围绕寿命、动力学、安全等关键评价维度，开发材料/化学体系深层技术元素关键表征方法，支撑下一代电池体系研发；
- 负责材料高通量多模态表征平台开发与维护，建立材料结构与电化学性能关联数据库；
- 参与材料智能研发（AI4S）模型研究，推动知识-数据双驱动的材料设计与筛选；
- 协同电极仿真、性能预测等部门完成技术-工程转化，形成有效工程应用方法和标准；
- 持续追踪前沿研究动态，结合业务需求，推进相关物质及方法的技术创新与实际应用。

二、 岗位要求

### 学历专业
- 硕士及以上学历，物理、化学、材料等相关专业，具备电化学物质、材料或机理研究背景；
- 熟悉锂离子电池正负极材料、电解液体系及其界面机理，掌握CV/EIS/dQdV等电化学表征方法；
- 具备扎实的电化学热力学与动力学理论基础，能独立设计并执行实验方案；
- 具备敏锐的问题洞察力，对未知领域有强烈的好奇心。
