## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责高能量密度材料的设计与开发；
- 负责材料先进表界面方案设计与开发；
- 负责复合多相界面失效机制机理分析和性能改进；
- 负责固态电池体系的表征方法开发。 职位要求
- 博士学历，电化学、材料学、化学化工等相关专业；
- 熟悉锂离子电池材料的应用特性和相应的表征、分析和测试方法；
- 具有扎实的物理化学、电化学相关知识基础，熟悉电极及电池结构、熟练掌握扣式电池及软包电池制程及测试；
- 有石墨类/硬炭/硅材料等负极材料研发背景优先；
- 具备良好的执行力及跨部门沟通协作能力，逻辑思维清晰，抗压性强；
- 具备良好的英文读写和交流能力。
