## Job description

### 一、岗位职责描述
- 负责对行业内、学术界前沿的技术进行调研和跟进，构建信息渠道，对收集到的信息进行分析与萃取；
- 对公司布局的先进技术进行竞争力研判，配合研发leader、反向分析等部门进行技术竞争力侧写；
- 策划沙龙与研讨，牵引新技术的探讨、评估和洞察。

### 二、岗位要求
- 材料类、化学类专业优先；
- 英语听说读写能力优秀；
- 有较强的内驱力和沟通协同能力、人际敏锐度、逻辑思维和团队合作意识。
