## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 高稳高效器件开发与持续迭代；
- 钙钛矿化学体系及界面材料开发；
- 稳定性失效分析，及失效机制建立；
- 筛选与评估新材料体系及新工艺；
- 对接小试线，工艺固化及标准输出。

### 岗位要求
- 具备较好的半导体和材料科学基础，精通钙钛矿太阳能电池(组件)的制备、表征分析、性能与可靠性测试；
- 精通钙钛矿失效机理，熟练掌握失效分析流程；
- 有钙钛矿稳定性相关研究经验优先；
- 逻辑清晰、思维敏捷、内驱力强，沟通表达强、学习适应能力强，数据敏感性强、有创新能力；
- CET-6，英语流利，听说读写良好，具有良好的英文文献阅读和撰写能力。
