## Job description

### 岗位职责

1. 基于对锂电池中对材料的性能要求，深刻理解有机分子结构与功能特性的关系，筛选和设计目标材料； 2. 系统掌握有机分子和高分子材料的分析表征方法。

### 职位要求
- 有机电化学、有机材料、高分子材料等相关专业；
- 具有系统的有机化学，高分子化学相关知识；
- 理解有机分子结构与功能的构效关系，能够根据目标分子的功能画像去设计和筛选有机材料；
- 具有较强的知识迁移能力；

### 有以下任一方向研究经验优先
- 有机/无机合成机理、离子交换、晶体生长与界面工程、熔融盐化学、电池正极材料；

### 英语能力
- CET-6及以上。
