## Job description

### 工作职责
- 参与公司锂资源项目获取、矿业权收购及投资并购技术尽调，开展地质资料和资源可靠性分析，判断项目资源基础及找矿增储前景，形成地质专业评估报告和尽调意见；
- 负责公司矿产资源勘查技术管理，审查勘查方案和地质成果，推进资源量估算及增储工作；
- 为运营矿山生产勘探、品位控制和资源储量动态管理提供技术支持，参与金属平衡相关矿量、品位及资源数据的核查；

### 参与地质专业科技研发项目的立项、实施和成果推广，开展成矿规律、找矿预测及地质建模等研究工作； 任职资格
- 地质工程、资源勘查工程、矿产普查与勘探、水文地质等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
- 熟练使用Surpac、Datamine、3DMine、Micromine、Leapfrog等地质建模软件中的一种或多种；
- 熟悉国内外矿产资源储量标准，具有JORC、NI 43-101等国际资源报告相关经验者优先；
- 具有8年及以上锂矿或金属矿产勘查、生产地质、资源量估算或项目技术评价工作经验；
- 熟悉矿产勘查、地质建模、资源量估算及生产地质管理工作；
- 具备地质资料综合分析、资源量报告审核、项目风险识别和技术报告编写能力；
- 熟悉国内外矿产资源储量标准，具有JORC、NI 43-101等国际资源报告相关经验者优先
- 具有锂辉石矿床勘查、大型矿业项目经验或高级工程师及以上职称者优先。
