## Job description

岗位职责 负责嵌入式AI平台整体架构设计，主导边端AI推理引擎的技术路线规划与选型。 主导电力设备边端智能感知算法开发，包括电力负荷预测、故障诊断、电能质量分析等AI模型的边端部署。 负责电力市场相关AI应用的边端实现，如实时电价响应、需求侧管理、虚拟电厂（VPP）边端决策算法。 设计并优化AI模型在嵌入式设备（MCU/MPU/FPGA/NPU）上的量化、剪枝、蒸馏与加速推理方案。 负责电池算法的AI推理模型搭建、开发与边端实现。 主导电力市场数据接口开发，对接电力交易平台（如电力现货市场、辅助服务市场）的边端数据交互。 学历专业 电气、电力电子、电子科技、计算机、通信相关本科硕士及以上学历。 知识技能 深入掌握嵌入式AI推理优化技术（INT8/FP16量化、知识蒸馏、网络剪枝、算子融合、内存优化）。 熟悉嵌入式C/C++及Python开发，具备AI模型从训练到边端部署的全栈能力。 深入理解电力系统运行原理，熟悉电力市场交易机制（现货市场、中长期市场、辅助服务市场）。

工作经验 8年以上AI算法开发经验，其中至少3年嵌入式/边端AI开发经验及2年以上技术负责人经验；具备电力行业（发电、输电、变电、配电、用电）AI应用项目经验，熟悉电力业务场景。
