## Job description

### 一、岗位职责描述
- 负责具身智能核心算法的研究与开发，包括感知-决策-规划-控制一体化、视觉-语言-动作（VLA）模型、端到端策略等；
- 开展模仿学习（IL）、强化学习（RL）、多模态大模型、Transformer/扩散策略等前沿技术在机器人上的应用；
- 负责模型训练、评估、部署与优化，推动算法在真实机器人上落地；
- 与数采、仿真、规控、硬件团队紧密协作，构建数据-模型-部署闭环；
- 针对导航、抓取、操作、移动操作等具体任务，持续提升成功率、泛化能力与鲁棒性； 跟踪学术界与工业界最新进展，输出技术方案、专利与论文，推动团队技术沉淀。

### 大模型基础
- 深入理解视觉-语言大模型（VLMs）和具身大模型（如 RT-1, RT-2, VoxPoser）的原理、训练和微调；

### 机器人操作
- 熟悉机器人抓取规划、灵巧操作、任务与运动规划；

### 研究能力
- 极强的科研和快速原型能力，通常要求有顶会论文发表或复现经验。
