## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 推进CTS安全项目改善措施的落实与推广,提高产品的安全表现；
- 主导产品拆解与审核活动,推动拆解所发现问题分析与改善，保证产品品质；
- 主导过程质量问题解决(8D&QRQC),推动改善措施的落实与执行,并主导措施的水平展开,输出LessonLearn；
- 识别产线制程潜在质量风险,输出风险清单统筹推动改善与预防；

### 参与变更可行性评估与风险识别，保证变更受控； 岗位要求
- 学历专业：本科及以上学历，理科相关专业，质量管理相关工作经验优先 知识技能：
- 熟悉ISO9001/IATF16949/VDA质量体系；
- 熟悉品质分析改善工具（FMEA、FTA、8D、6Sigma、SPC）；

### 熟练运用office办公软件，具备较强的数据分析和处理能力 工作经验
- 5年以上动力电池或汽车行业质量工作经验或应届硕士毕业生 语言：普通话流利，CET4以上 其他：具有较强的责任心和组织协调能力，有较好的沟通和团队协作能力及抗压能力
