## Job description

### 一、岗位职责
- 可靠性风险的前置识别及评估验证、失效及构效机理研究，推进改善方案落地；
- 可靠性数据库搭建、寿命模型、稳定性加速量化技术以及关联指标量化表征技术等可靠性评估技术开发落地；
- 新材料/新设计/新工艺的新增失效模式、产业化相关的关键安全及可靠性要求识别及落地；
- 市场应用场景、可靠性设计需求识别，优化可靠性设计并开发智慧应用策略。

### 学历要求
- 硕士、博士毕业生；

### 专业要求
- 材料、化学、光电、半导体物理等专业；

### 英语听说读写要求
- 通过CET-6，且能够进行领域英文文献阅读以及英文口语沟通；

### 项目经验、关键技能要求
- 深刻理解钙钛矿太能电池的工作及老化机理，熟悉并掌握钙钛矿薄膜及器件的制备及系统表征分析方法；

### 软性素质要求
- 出色的人际沟通协调能力、自驱力，并勇于尝试新鲜事物。
