## Job description

### 产物分离工艺研发
- 针对 CO₂合成粗产物体系，研发精馏、萃取、相变分离、超临界分离等纯化工艺，实现航空燃料有效组分分离、杂质脱除、副产物回收，满足 ESAF 燃料纯度、馏程、稳定性行业标准。

### 精制工艺优化
- 负责粗产物后处理全流程开发，优化分离温度、压力、回流比、萃取剂配比等参数，降低分离能耗、提升产品收率与纯度，解决产物分离难度大、纯度不达标、能耗过高等问题。

### 产品检测与对标
- 负责成品燃料组分检测、理化指标分析，对标国内外 ESAF 可持续航空燃料行业标准，优化精制工艺，保障产品合规性。

### 工艺标准化搭建
- 梳理分离纯化全流程操作规范，输出试验 SOP、工艺参数库、物料衡算报告，为后续中试放大、产业化落地提供标准化支撑。

### 跨模块协同
- 联动催化工艺研发模块，优化前端反应与后端分离的工艺耦合性，实现全流程能效最优、成本最低。

### 二、任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，化学工程、化工工艺、分离工程、精细化工等相关专业， 1-3 年化工分离、精馏精制、燃料纯化研发经验 。
- 熟悉化工分离基本原理，掌握精馏、萃取、超临界分离等主流纯化技术，有油品精制、合成燃料后处理经验者优先。
- 熟练使用 Aspen Plus 进行分离流程模拟、工艺优化，具备数据分析、工艺复盘、问题攻坚能力。
- 熟悉化工物料衡算、能耗分析，了解航空燃料、清洁能源油品理化指标及检测标准者加分。
- 工作严谨细致，具备良好的团队协作能力，适配研发迭代节奏。
