## Job description

### Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales in the country of Vietnam to lead business development and sales operations. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening long-term customer relationships within the electric power and new energy sectors. The ideal candidate will combine deep country channel expertise with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution capability.

### Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies, execute sales campaigns, and achieve assigned revenue and volume targets.
- Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with key power-sector customers across the assigned territories; conduct market analysis, identify project opportunities, and drive deals from pipeline to closure.
- Proactively identify, develop, and penetrate new customers and new market segments, establishing durable, trust-based partnerships.
- Continuously uncover, analyse, and interpret customer needs, translating them into actionable business solutions and value propositions.
- Deliver annual objectives in regional market share, billed electricity volume, and receivables collection, ensuring consistent performance against financial and operational KPIs. --- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Power Electronics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the new energy industry, with a proven track record
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and resilient under pressure; able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Professional working proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
