## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责数智化平台与底层设备数据、上层业务系统（如MES、ERP）的API接口开发、配置与集成；
- 构建数字平台、优化数据算法，支持材料研发及工艺生产过程中效率提升、质量控制及业务决策优化；
- 建立数据治理框架，制定数据采集标准和规范，推动数据质量持续改进并推动相关数据模型化支持; 3、建立数据治理框架，制定数据采集标准和规范，推动数据质量持续改进并推动相关数据模型化支持；
- 可以有效分析研发及生产的关键数据，识别关键因子，提出优化建议，有效提高材料研发效率，并加强扩产/孵化过程的稳定性。

### 岗位要求
- 研究生及以上学历 / 电子信息、计算机、软件工程、通信工程等相关专业；
- 熟练掌握Python、R、C++等至少一种计算机语言，能使用数据驱动的方式解决实际研发、生产、工艺过程的多目标优化；
- 具有优秀的AI产品思维及设计能力，熟悉AI场景； 3、具备良好的项目管理及沟通能力，了解数字化转型，数据驱动方法的实际应用落地；
- 熟悉实验设计等常用数据分析方法和工具；
- 具有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，能够快速理解业务需求，将其转化为数字化实现方案；
- 具有良好的沟通能力、团队协作能力和抗压能力，能够与团队及业务成员间进行良好的沟通；
- 持数据采集、数据治理、PMP等相关证书者优先；
- 至少3年以上相关行业的数字化项目开发、实施、管理经验。
