## Job description
- 日常质量问题管控&异常核查
- 针对每天上报的运维质量问题进行核对、分级判定，跟踪临时措施落地；
- 重大质量问题专项推动长期措施落地
- 针对超时停机、高频质量问题，组织质量、研发、设备供应商进行根因分析，推动长时期措施制定并闭环整改落地；
- 运维故障处理SOP与知识库搭建并培训落地；
- 故障工单系统搭建与数据管理
- 搭建故障工单系统，定义工单流转节点、故障标签分级、闭环流程；搭建数据分析看
