## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 厂房系统（暖通、动力给排水、强电、弱电、外围、环保）标准运行操作规程制定并指导现场运行 ；
- 制订公司整体硬件建设，配合工程安装调试、验收等工作，确保后期运行的经济性和稳定性，以及协助上级完成运维体系相关的规划和管理，建立标准化运维体系，提高运维稳定性、可靠性；
- 组织对动力设备（包括水、电、气设备及管路）、公用设施、厂房的维修、维护和例行保养等日常管理工作；根据生产计划及时稳定提供水、电、气等动力资源；
- 对现场运维问题给出专业解决方案，以便设施的管理与维护，优化备件管理、减少故障；
- 根据公司安全、生产、质量、成本、生产连续性保障等要求，对厂房设施进行升级、优化改造或完善以满足安全稳定运行；
- 节能降耗减排的技术改善，通过技术和管理方法提升公司的能源效率；
- 推行厂房设施安全&节能&质量体系认证&碳排放&环保&PDS等公共事项；
- 负责团队建设，提出下属人员的调配、KPI考核意见，并组织技能培训及人才培养；
- 完成相关厂房部分客户审核工作；
- 推动所属区域厂房数字化&智能化系统建立和管理。

### 岗位要求

1、本科及以上学历，暖通/机电/自动化等相关专业优先； 2、8年及以上类似行业厂房设施运维管理和团队管理经验； 3、熟练掌握高低压配电、空压/真空/制氮机、冷水机组、冷却塔系统、水处理系统、除湿机系统、锅炉系统、智能化系统等厂房设备系统的理论知识及运维技能； 4、熟练掌握FMEA、CAD等工具或办公软件； 5、有较强组织、协调、沟通及现场管理能力；具备较强抗压能力；具有良好的职业素养及团队合作意识和工作责任心； 6、有较强的发现问题、分析与解决问题的能力以及风险管控意识，系统性解决系统存在问题，并进行全生命周期管控。
