## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责生产线产品生产过程的质量管理与控制
- 主导拉线品质问题解决，风险识别，持续改善以及标准系统化
- 保证生产过程和出货产品质量，达成部门KPI目标
- 拉线设备Qualify、拉线生产放行审核、拉线过程审核及风险识别等

### 协助leader处理其他事务 岗位要求
- 本科及以上学历，理科相关专业；
- 熟悉ISO9000/TS16949/VDA质量体系；
- 了解电池工作基本原理知识、了解通讯故障、机械结构失效基本特征，了解产品失效分析方法；
- 熟悉品质分析改善工具（FMEA、FTA、8D、6Sigma、SPC）；
- 熟练运用office办公软件，具备较强的数据分析和处理能力； 6、3年以上动力电池或汽车行业质量工作经验 7、普通话流利，CET4以上 8、具有较强的责任心和组织协调能力，有较好的沟通和团队协作能力及抗压能力；
