## Job description

### 岗位概述

负责量产后产品生产过程的质量管理与控制, 主导拉线质量问题解决, 风险识别,过程审核。

### 岗位职责
- 负责拉线切拉联调放行审核及MES数据维护、产线冻结与解冻管理、产线物料报废确认等工作；
- 负责制程异常问题处理及其他专项改善问题推动解决；
- 负责拉线不合格品判定及处理；
- 完善制程相关文件（如首件SOP，VPS等）及产线员工质量相关知识、技能的培训；
- 对接审核相关工作，包括但不限于客户审厂、FAT、LPA等。

### 岗位要求
- 本科以上学历，理工科专业；
- 整车/机械/电子行业，3年及以上质量管理经验，具备动力电池新能源经验优先；
- TS16949、QC 七大手法、8D,FMEA,MSA,SPC,质量控制计划； 4、6sigma绿带，VDA 6.3 Process audit以上者优先； 5、英语读写能力佳，口语佳者优先。
