## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 开展高强度纤维材料方向前沿技术（如芳纶，碳纤维等新型结构材料）调研与分析，跟踪技术发展趋势；
- 负责相关材料制备、表征及性能测试，开展配方优化、结构设计与工艺研发；

### 结合高端装备、新能源领域对新型结构材料的应用需求，负责研发技术与生产工艺的衔接； 岗位要求
- 本科及以上学历，材料、化工等理工科相关专业；
- 具有高强度纤维材料研发基础，如聚合反应机理、工艺原理、表面改性技术、性能调控方法等；
- 具有良好的沟通协调和问题解决能力，逻辑清晰，思维活跃；

### 工作经验
- 2年以上纤维材料研发相关工作经验
- 具备专利撰写与布局能力；
- 具备良好的英文文献阅读能力，基本的英语口语交流能力。
