## Job description

### 一、岗位职责
- 负责车床设备的操作
- 按时完成零件加工或工艺所在环节分配的生产任务
- 严格按照工艺文件和图纸加工工件，正确填写工序作业程序单和其他质量记录；协助编写文件
- 严格按照机床操作规程和机床使用说明书的要求使用机床
- 负责机床的日常维护保养

### 二、任职资格
- 中专及以上学历，机械加工、数控技术等相关专业优先，拥有3年以上FANUC系统转塔数控车床工从业经验，能直接上岗独立加工；
- 熟练使用FANUC系统进行刀补设置、坐标系设定、程序调试，可手工编程与简单宏程序应用；
- 能独立完成工件装夹、对刀、试切、尺寸调整，熟悉常用刀具（外圆、内孔、螺纹、切槽刀等）选用与磨损判断；
- 精通图纸识读，掌握公差、形位公差、粗糙度要求，能使用卡尺、千分尺、百分表、螺纹规等量具完成自检；
- 无不良从业记录，遵守公司各项规章制度，具备良好的团队协作意识与安全意识，服从车间工作安排。
