## Job description

### 工作内容
- 负责 AI 智能体与大模型平台的安全体系建设，涵盖模型安全、数据安全与 Agent 运行安全。

### 建立 LLM/Agent 安全防护机制
- Prompt 注入与越狱防护、输出内容过滤、敏感信息脱敏、护栏（Guardrails）策略。
- 负责 Agent 工具调用越权、沙箱隔离、Skills 供应链安全与权限审计体系设计。
- 组织红队测试，持续挖掘越权、幻觉、有害内容等失败模式并推动修复。
- 跟踪国内外 AI 法规与监管要求（生成式 AI 服务管理办法、算法备案、数据合规等），制定合规落地方案。
- 建立 AI 安全与合规审查流程，对模型/Agent/Skills 上线进行安全准入评估与备案。

### 岗位要求

1. 8年以上安全/风控/合规经验，2年以上 AI/大模型安全方向。 2.

### 熟悉 LLM/Agent 特有安全风险

Prompt 注入、越狱、数据投毒、模型窃取与对抗攻击。 3. 熟悉护栏（Guardrails）、内容安全、沙箱隔离与权限审计等防护技术。 4. 熟悉国内外 AI 监管框架（生成式 AI 服务管理办法、算法备案、等保、GDPR/EU AI Act 等）。 5. 具备安全架构设计与红队测试能力，有 Python 数据分析与自动化能力者优先。 6. 强跨部门协同与风险沟通能力，能平衡安全合规与业务效率。
- 有大型企业安全体系或 AI 合规体系从 0 到 1 建设经验者优先。
