## Job description

### 工作职责
- 安全隐患因素识别、预防、管控等；
- 组织全厂部安全检查，危险源环境控制；
- 落实隐患整改，保证生产设备，安全装置处于完好状态，并加强维护，保证能正确使用； 2、事故调查分析,不符合纠正及改善预防； 3、新设备导入之源头风险评估；
- EHS活动执行开展；

### 安全标准制定及更新； 岗位要求
- 学历要求：统招本科及以上学历，安全工程、机械工程等相关专业 经验要求：5年以上的设备安全从业经验 知识技能：
- 了解工厂安全工作；
- 熟悉工厂安全业务开展流程及要求；
- 熟悉安全、环保、职业健康的法律法规，掌握一定的安全管理技术。
- 熟悉ISO14001&ISO45001体系或有体系推动实务经验；
- 有自动化行业生产、检维修以及设备管理方面的经验‌；
- 熟练掌握基于风险的检验（RBI）和相关设备管理知识‌；
- 对设备全生命周期管理（设计、采购、制造、检验、安装、使用、维护、维修、报废）有深入理解‌；
- 具备设备失效故障分析和调查管理的能力‌；
- 需要具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够快速融入工作团队并有效解决问题‌；
- 熟悉国内相关标准和行业规定；
- 有较强的执行力。
- 英语听说读写流利者优先
