## Job description

### 工作职责
- 参与矿山项目前期技术论证、投资并购技术尽调，编制采矿专业评估报告和尽调意见；
- 审核设计院、研究院提交的可研、预可研及其他设计成果和相关技术报告，分析开采方式、生产规模、开拓系统及采矿方案等的合理性，提出专业审查意见；
- 为在建及运营矿山提供采矿技术支持，参与中长期采矿规划、生产计划及重大技术改造方案的审查，协助解决建设和生产中的技术问题；
- 参与矿业项目金属平衡检查，分析矿石损失、贫化、回采率等指标，提出改进建议；

### 参与采矿专业科技研发项目的立项、实施和成果推广，跟踪锂矿开采及智能矿山技术发展； 任职资格
- 采矿工程、矿业工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
- 熟练使用AutoCAD、Surpac、3DMine、Micromine、Whittle、Ventsim等软件中的一种或多种；
- 具有8年及以上矿山设计、生产技术管理或大型矿业公司技术部门工作经验；
- 熟悉露天或地下矿山开拓运输、采矿方法、生产计划及损失贫化管理；
- 具备采矿方案分析、设计成果审核和生产技术问题处理能力；
- 具有锂矿山、大型金属矿山项目经验，持有高级工程师职称者优先。
