## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责责任工序的坏品确认&优率分解，基础数据整理及初级原因分析；
- MES系统中捞取各类生产数据，便于问题分析；
- ENW/ SOP等工艺文件编辑与发行；
- 坏品&实验电芯拆解，照片&基础信息整理；
- 改善措施落地情况跟进；
- 日常巡拉，掌握现场最新情况，主动识别问题和解决问题。

### 岗位要求

学历专业：本科及以上学历，材料、电化学、高分子、机械、物理等专业； 知识技能：
- 了解6sigma、DOE、MSA、SPC、FMEA、8D等工程方法；
- 逻辑思维清晰，具有良好的项目管理、统筹能力，推动力及跨部门沟通协作能力；

### 熟练使用Office工具（Excel、PPT）； 工作经验
- 1年以上工作经验，工艺岗位优先； 语言：无 其他：适应基地工作环境，具备高抗压、高挑战性工作能力
