## Job description

### 职责
- 执行上岗认证在线考核
- 维护MHR系统基础信息
- 协助执行标准化培训考核流程
- 维护数智化系统基础数据
- 跟踪并反馈系统异常
- 记录员工资质技能稽核中的基础问题
- 优化精进标准化认证中心工作
- MHR系统维护与上岗证相关问题解决
- 主导员工岗位资质技能稽核与再培训
- 制定与实施员工资质技能不足问题改善方案
- 组织试卷更新与上传

### 数智化系统数据维护 岗位要求
- 大专及以上学历；
- 数据分析能力较强，跨部门沟通能力优异；
- 技能改善方案制定与实施能力；
- 创新与执行能力；
