## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 跟踪金属电解、电解精炼、电解提取、电镀及电化学沉积领域前沿技术，开发新工艺路线；
- 研究电极材料、阳极/阴极结构、隔膜、电解槽结构、极距、流场与传质条件对电解过程的影响，指导设备开发；
- 以电流效率、槽电压、能耗、沉积速率、厚度均匀性、纯度、附着力、耐蚀性为目标，完成工艺参数筛选与优化；
- 使用电化学工作站开展 CV、LSV、EIS、Tafel、恒电流/恒电位沉积等测试，分析电极反应机理；

### 主导从烧杯小试到中试槽的放大研究，制定中试与量产工艺规范、SOP、控制计划，跟踪新产品/新工艺量产导入效果； 岗位要求
- 1、硕士以上学历； 2、熟悉成金属电解电镀方向；
