## Job description

### 职责描述
- KPI指标管理与优化，By月生产部门的KPI考核体系。
- 跟踪KPI达成情况，定期生成报表并汇报给管理层。
- 针对未达标的指标，参与原因分析并提出改进建议。
- 跨部门协作、与各部门沟通，推动KPI相关措施的落地。

### 岗位要求

岗位要求：
- 具有一定的沟通表达能力、团队合作能力、学习能力、抗压能力、分析总结能力；
- 能熟练使用Excel、PPT、BI等，对数据敏感；
- 大专及以上学历。
