## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 参与固态电池新型复合电解质膜的设计、开发工作；
- 负责全固态电池的电池组装、性能评测和失效机理分析等；
- 撰写全固态电池相关技术的文档、专利、报告等；
- 协助项目负责人进行项目计划和进度跟踪；
- 对全固态电池前沿技术进行追踪和文献调研工作。

### 职位要求

1. 硕士及以上学历，化学、材料相关专业； 2. 具备硫/卤电解质膜开发、干法极片开发、硫化物全固态电池等相关研发工作经验者优先； 3. 1-3年相关工作经验； 4. 踏实肯干，抗压能力强； 5. 有团队协作精神，乐于与他人沟通交流。
