## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹绩效管理制度的设计与持续优化，支持公司战略落地；
- 实施各部门绩效考核流程，确保指标制定与结果应用的有效性；
- 分析绩效数据并输出诊断报告，为管理层决策提供量化依据；
- 监督绩效考核工具运行情况，推动系统化数字化解决方案导入；
- 对接业务部门绩效需求，设计创新型激励机制；
- 维护核心人才发展档案，搭建绩效结果与职业发展联动机制；
- 主导绩效评估校准会议，助力组织人才梯队建设。 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理或相关专业优先；
- 具备4年以上制造业绩效管理实操经验；
- 掌握KPI架构设计方法论及BSC/OKR等工具应用；
- 熟练运用统计分析工具处理多维度绩效数据；
- 具备多组织层级协同沟通及方案推进能力。
